Yosuke Hayashi, the head of Team Ninja, dropped a comment in a recent interview suggesting that Dead or Alive 5 might come to the Wii U.

We’re thinking about all sorts of things. Right now, our Wii U development is focused just on Ninja Gaiden, but we’re definitely keeping other platforms in mind for DOA5.

Dead or Alive 5 is currently on track to hit the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this year.

I think they always planned to release it for wii U, just being hush hush about it, afterall it would seem kinda weird for them to make DOA for the 3DS yet not bring DOA5 for the wiiU, i’d say its definitely happening

right guys little birdy told me this (he works at Nintendo e.u in germany as a tester)….

    wiiu Edram 96MB /fast ram 512MB/GDDR3 256MB

mem 1,mem2,mem3 the edram feeds both cpu and gpu directly, the fast ram feeds the gpu and cpu directly, the gddr3 feeds the sound chip the arm work cpu and the multi core main cpu directly but gpu indirectly

256mb gddr3 is 24gb bandwidth ,fast ram is 24gb bandwidth, and the Edram is 256gb bandwidth

disc drive is a priority bluray high speed loading streaming by Panasonic (they did gc and wii drives too) and averages a 6 x plus loading speed of ps3’s standard bluray drive and disc

it does not support movies/media playing
