Wii U eShop coinciding with launch of the console

Well, Nintendo has finally announced that, along with being able to import previous Wii eShop purchases, the Wii U eShop will be available with the launch of the console. Games already announced are BIT.TRIP Runner 2, Chasing Aurora, Cloudberry Kingdom, and 1000 Spikes. We also speculate that Gamecube games may be on the horizon for the Wii U eShop.

    I wonder what are they going to do with the gcn games since the pad has no analog triggers. Will they recode them and take that functionality away?

      the wii u game pad has everything the gamecube controller has it has all the 4 triggers, 2 analog sticks with buttons under them,4 buttons i mean what else does the gamecube have?

  2. I wonder if the rumored XBLA/PS3/PC port of SA2′ll hit it. It would suck if they gave us an emulated SA2B instead of the full port. Or maybe we won’t get it at all, but it’ll be interesting to see if Wii U eShop is going to be competitive with XBLA right off the bat.

  7. hi there dddddd and ryan you want too know about gcn games i watched the hole e-3 confrence nintendo says the pad with touch screen will aloww for coustomized didgital buttons like gcn games on the touch screen hope this clears that up alot
